:(1) In order to implement the objectives of this Act, the Government of Nepal shall establish a Drug Control Administration under the Ministry of Home Affairs and, as necessary, a Chief Drug Control Officer, one or more Drug Control Officers, Deputy Drug Control Officers. and other officers can be appointed or designated.
(2) The chief drug control officer shall be the head of the drug control administration established under sub-section (1) and the chief drug control officer shall supervise, control, direct and coordinate the activities related to drug control under this Act.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this Act, if any government employee is found to have accepted a bribe for the purpose of assisting a person involved in drug dealing or use in such transaction or use, in addition to the punishment imposed on such employee under the prevailing law, the punishment to be meted out to the person involved in drug dealing or use There will also be half punishment.
